We are a cost-based (not-for-profit) utility with a seven (7) member Board of Directors and its purpose is to:
a) provide power at the lowest possible cost within sound business principles and b) provide affordable irrigation pumping to agricultural customers.
Our Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the 4th Wednesday of every month. Agendas are posted to the website at least 24 hours prior to the meetings.
The ED3 Board of Directors may elect to hold an Executive Session for any agenda item at any time during a meeting to discuss or consult with its legal counsel for legal advice on matters listed on an agenda pursuant to ARS ยง 38-431.03 A 3.
Items on an agenda may be discussed out of the order shown, unless they have been specifically noted to be set for a certain time.
