Please note, highlighted amount is not exact. Only used for example*

  • 1.)Balance for Acct XXXXXX-001 is -3.91. Latest usage was 44 kWh.

If there is a dash in front of the dollar amount this means you exceeded your credit balance by $3.90 and owe that amount, plus at least 0.01 before noon (day of alert) in order to stay connected.

  • 2.)Today's Balance for account XXXXXX- 001 is XX.XX. The latest Daily Usage was 25 kWh.

If there is NO dash in front of the dollar amount that means there is a credit remaining on your meter for future use.

In the instance you receive Example 1 (shown above) you will also receive a Pending Auto Disconnect alert.

*The $50.01 is NOT a fee, it is the amount required to reconnect the meter and goes towards your pre-paid credit balance for future

usage.
