Level Payment Plan

Level Payment Plan (LPP) takes your recent 12-month history at your current address and calculates your average monthly bill amount. Each month your bill will fluctuate as it takes your newest billing into account. This differs from the Budget Payment Plan (BPP). We suggest applying for this program in the fall as that is when the weather is cooler and the bills are lower. Allowing you to begin building a credit in your "bucket".

Monthly reviews are done to calculate your average and is subject to fluctuate at this time based on the current 12-month usage and "bucket" amount. You are still responsible for the total energy used, which is notated on your monthly billing statement. This program is designed to help our customers budget their monthly bills.

Please be advised late payments are not permitted on the program, auto pay method is recommended to avoid removal from the program.
